PrimaAffNetwork Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the PrimaAffNetwork Affiliate Program (“Program”), a partnership model allowing approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) to promote KingGo9 and earn commissions based on referred player activity.

By submitting an application and participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Your participation is also subject to PrimaAffNetwork’s General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

Affiliate – Any individual or legal entity approved by PrimaAffNetwork to participate in the Program.

Affiliate Account – The online interface provided by PrimaAffNetwork for monitoring performance, tracking activity, and managing payments.

Commission – Any revenue share, CPA, or hybrid payment earned under this Agreement.

FTD (First Time Depositor) – A referred user who completes their first deposit with [Brand].

NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) – Total wagers minus player winnings, bonuses, chargebacks, administrative costs, and fraud-related deductions.

Referral Link (Tracking Link) – The unique link provided to the Affiliate to identify referred players.

Sub-Affiliate – A third party referred by the Affiliate, whose activity generates a secondary commission.

RevShare, CPA, Hybrid – Commission structures as defined in Section 7.

High-Roller – A referred player whose significant losses may trigger carryover treatment as described in Section 7.3.

3. Enrollment & Participation

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by PrimaAffNetwork. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

To qualify, Affiliates must:

Be at least 18 years old (or legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).

Operate a legitimate traffic source (website, channel, or network).

Provide accurate and verifiable personal and business information.

Avoid promoting to restricted jurisdictions listed in PrimaAffNetwork’s compliance policy.

PrimaAffNetwork reserves the right to reject or terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.

4. Company Responsibilities

Once approved, PrimaAffNetwork will:

Provide access to referral tracking tools, promotional materials, and reporting dashboards.

Track and attribute referred player activity using commercially reasonable methods.

Calculate and pay commissions according to the agreed payment structure.

Offer basic technical and account support.

PrimaAffNetwork does not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, or income through the Program.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

Promote PrimaAffNetwork lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with advertising standards.

Avoid misleading or deceptive marketing practices.

Not use brand bidding, spam, cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or forced clicks.

Obtain written approval before offering incentives or custom promotions.

Keep all tracking links and materials unmodified and use only approved creatives.

Clearly disclose their commercial relationship with PrimaAffNetwork.

Secure all account credentials and access data.

Any non-compliance may result in account suspension, commission forfeiture, or legal action.

6. Sub-Affiliate Program

With prior approval, an Affiliate may refer others to the Program (“Sub-Affiliates”).

Conditions:

Sub-Affiliates must be genuine third parties; self-referrals are forbidden.

The Affiliate must not misrepresent the Program or its terms.

PrimaAffNetwork reserves the right to reject or adjust Sub-Affiliate commissions if abuse or fraud is detected.

Sub-Affiliate commissions follow the same payment thresholds and terms as standard commissions.

7. Commission & Payment Terms

7.1 Commission Models

Affiliates may be assigned one or more of the following structures:

Revenue Share (RevShare): Percentage of NGR from referred players.

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): Fixed one-time payment per qualifying player.

Hybrid: Combination of CPA and RevShare, as agreed in writing.

PrimaAffNetwork may review and adjust commission structures at its discretion.

7.2 Payment Schedule

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 20th of the following month.

Minimum payout threshold: $250 USD.

Payments are made via the method specified in the Affiliate Account.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details.

PrimaAffNetwork may delay or withhold payments pending audit or compliance checks.

7.3 Negative Carryover Policy

PrimaAffNetwork operates a No Negative Carryover model, except for High-Roller exceptions:

If a referred player generates over $10,000 in negative NGR and total NGR is below -$2,000, that player’s losses may carry forward.

Carried balances apply only to that player and are offset by future positive results.

8. Fraud, Invalid Traffic & Abuse

Affiliates must not engage in or benefit from fraudulent or invalid activity, including:

Self-referrals or circular networks.

Artificial wagering, duplicate accounts, or identity manipulation.

Spam, brand bidding, or illegal promotion.

Traffic from restricted jurisdictions.

Misleading claims, unlawful content, or obscene materials.

PrimaAffNetwork may suspend payments, terminate accounts, or take legal action for violations.

Bonus & Traffic Abuse

Referring bonus abusers or low-quality players (e.g., one-time redeemers, fake deposits) may result in:

Reclassification to a lower commission model (e.g., CPA → RevShare).

Withheld or reversed commissions.

Permanent exclusion from the Program.

Investigations may delay payments up to 90 days while audits are performed.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.

Immediate termination may occur if:

There is evidence of fraud, non-compliance, or reputational damage.

The Affiliate breaches confidentiality or intellectual property terms.

Upon termination:

All rights and licenses cease immediately.

All promotional materials and links must be removed.

Pending commissions may be withheld for review.

10. Warranties & Liability

Participation is at the Affiliate’s own risk.

PrimaAffNetwork provides the Program “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or profitability.

PrimaAffNetwork is not liable for technical errors, downtime, or loss of income resulting from participation.

11. Indemnification

The Affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrimaAffNetwork, its employees, partners, and successors against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

Breach of this Agreement;

Violation of laws or third-party rights;

Misuse of promotional materials or tracking links.

12. Rights & Enforcement

PrimaAffNetwork reserves the right to:

Accept, reject, or suspend any Affiliate at its discretion.

Modify commission structures or Program policies.

Withhold commissions if fraud or policy violations occur.

Enforce these terms at any time, regardless of prior leniency.

All PrimaAffNetwork decisions are final.

13. Legal Framework

This Agreement is governed by the laws of

All proceedings must be filed individually (no class actions).

14. Assignment & Relationship

Affiliates may not transfer or assign their rights without written consent.

PrimaAffNetwork may assign its rights to subsidiaries or successors.

The relationship is independent contractor only — not employment, partnership, or agency.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical outages.

16. Confidentiality

All business, financial, and technical information shared by PrimaAffNetwork must be treated as confidential.

Disclosure is prohibited without prior written consent or legal requirement.

This obligation continues beyond termination.

17. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

Affiliates may not use, register, or modify PrimaAffNetwork trademarks, domains, or creative assets without written permission.

Unauthorized brand bidding, misspelling, or imitation domains are strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal enforcement.

18. Changes to the Agreement

PrimaAffNetwork may amend these Terms at any time.

Updates take effect upon publication on the Affiliate portal or direct notice to Affiliates.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The English version prevails in case of discrepancy.

19. Commission Schedule (Annex A)

Unless otherwise agreed, the following RevShare tiers apply monthly:

Custom CPA or Hybrid deals must be confirmed in writing and override the above structure.
